Review of the Ruby and Ribbon Outfit

 Ruby and Ribbon outfit is one of American Girl's prettier Christmas dresses.

 The charm, however, just doesn't seem like it goes with the outfit. It's light purple with a little odd yellow design. I also don't see how a REAL charm goes with a Christmas dress.

 The sweater dress is beautiful and extremely detailed. The red is so bright and cheerful! From a close up picture I can't tell if it's the doll's dress or the girl's dress. I love how the neck part folds perfectly.

 My only complaint is that it's hard to put on, because the velcro on the dress stags the tights and the dress.

 The tights slip on the doll quite easily. They're prettier in person. This picture doesn't capture it's detail. The tights are actually like fish net tights, and they're glittery and silvery.(I know those aren't real words, I just like to use them).

 The shoes look like Dorothy's from Wizard of Oz(except with silver bows and silver strip on top).

 The jacket looks exactly like the one for the girl! The detail work is especially incredible on the jacket.

 I have Emily Bennet, and her headband she came with doesn't fit her well, but this headband fits very well on the doll. It's a little bendy, so you can slip over your doll. I love the little jewls that are on the side of it.

Here's Marisol in the Ruby and Ribbon outfit. I thought it wouldn't look good on her because she's so tan, but it really looks good. I will be reviewing Kit's Summer Dress and Missing Grace soon.
